RN Rich. Risely of Willing 2 yeres old. the fortnight after Chr|E|sterday ☉ morning about 3 a clock morning troubled by fits. especially the 18 of Decēb. after noone it wull {sic} fall Downe & crye & tak hold of any thing. Richard Risely a very feare child & of a goodly cōplexion was borne 1597. the 10 of Aprill. die ☉ h. 3. ant m. 1597. came to me Decēb. 29 die ♀ – h. 9. 30. cū vxore et filiolo. borne at willing.

RN M^r furyes servant of Louton very extreeme sick at hart cannot abide talk a water leek the yellowe iaundes. sent to me againe this 4 of Ian. die ♃ h. 8. 52. mi 1599. his former phisick wrought but litle. never vomited but to the ground his m^r {sic} thinketh he hath the yellow iaundish. RN Thomas Bartom. 15 yeres sick this 5 weekes. nothing will tary w^th him for this fortnight lyeth in his hed light headed. Martij 8. die ♃. h. 9. 10. 1599. at Newport.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.

RN Guy Foster of haversham 10|i| yeres old last Christmas came him selfe w^th his mothr {sic}. borne on a friday Martij 12. die ☾ h. 10. 15. 20|3|. 1599.

RN Ione C {sic} Kittre of Broughton. for her disease this 14 of March. die ☿ h. 3. 10. mi. 1599 30 yeres her child 10 weekes old.
