RN Iohn Burton of Cosgrave for his disease a boy of 9 yeres old kept his bed ever sinc tuesday. voyded wormes payned in chest belly & hart a stitch vnd^r his right \side/ a very hie coloured youth w^th the vexation y^t was pale before. all swollen frō the face to the granes. made no water sinc thursday. at 25 of March. die ☉ h. 6: 8. p. m 1599

RN Andrew Knighte of Newport 36. for the winde cholicke this moneth. & stone red sand & changeth it into blood as big as a {fe}tch somewhat yellowe. forced to \purge/ fleme yellowe Chollour in great abundanc right syde of the reanes of his back & so rūneth to the bottome of his belly. vrine hot & cōplexion w^thout the fit. RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. RN Rich: Ellys of Hansl: of 46. {f} {sic} of his stomack thenc into his throate & hed. so in his throate y^t scarc can swallow his spittle: Apr. 6. die ♀. h. 12. 30. 1599. cannot sleepe. as if his {sic} hed an impostume {bin} a bladder broake. meticulosꝯ. cold behind his hed.

RN King of haversham for his wife Agnes y^t was brought a bed 7 weekes agoe. in her back syde & belli loynes & hucbones hath no stomacke. hot & boumd {sic} for a weeke. May the 9. die ☿ h. 5. 20 p m. 1599.

RN Robart Wats of lechāsteede 65. yeres for a payne in his hed. & an itch & heate in his chest beneath a very hie Coloured fayced mā. ma{y} the 15 die ♂ h. 12 mouth rūneth w^th water.
