RN fayth Gibbes of Wicken 46. amisse in her sinewes cannot gripe any thing w^th her hands so feeble & weake sometimes in hir feete & knees all swollen & keepe there naturall colour. of a good cōplex. & light harte. sent to me this 26 of Ap. h. 9. 30. ant m. 1599. a great paine in her armes. could not cut her meate.

RN Mathewe Windmill 30 yeres of age sick this two yeres in liver & milt & hart well by day working but ill always every night lieth hevy hevy {sic} in his chest y^t he cannot sleepe nor tak his rest agaynst weath^r and when he eateth flesh & porrage it heaveth vp his chest. vp from his chest to his harte. it lieth in his the pit of his stomack as if his hart & milte were broken as he him selfe thincketh it payneth him intolerable very cold never better thē when he is working cōplyneth most of chest & harte Novemb. 12 die ☉ at h. 7. 50. mi. 1598. at the first cōming he had a flushing in his hed w^t a gydines but never since

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. RN Clement Nash servant to Iohn Connyngham 22 yeres old tooke her first on tuesday night qu about 8 a clock at night a crick {sic} \ache/ in her baccke \& lims./ y^t maketh her stoope & goe Double. troubled w^th a great heate of her stomack y^t it maketh her lips to break out he {sic} first water made in y^e morning red. the next water of a reasonable good colour. the wench of a ruddy face well colourd & fat. quait {sic} remediū Decēb. 4. die ☾. h. 12. 15. mi. 1598. of Newport

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground

RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. RN Thomas Bartom. 15 yeres sick this 5 weekes. nothing will tary w^th him for this fortnight lyeth in his hed light headed. Martij 8. die ♃. h. 9. 10. 1599. at Newport.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.

RN Williā Lovely of Newport 60. greeped & tormented at the harte ready to make him selfe away & of his brest: the 15 of Martij die ♃. h. 9 metuit venefic: 1599 hed & face swelleth.

RN Susan Commendall 27. not well this 7 or 8 yeres: benūmed in her lims legs. armes. backe. a hevines in her hed. March 19. die ☾. h. 10. 15. 1599.

RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband. Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.
