RN Mr Hawkins of London sent me a parret wch I receaved Iune 22. \sep a / vac ap p p . ap. |that would not speake it seemeth he was hurt in his head or throate.|

It thūdered & rayned this day in the after noone Iune 23. sep a ap for it was halfe an houre after 3 when it rayned this parret took a surfit wth ca{rri}dg & died a month after
