RN Wheathr Iohn frost stole my horse the 23 of octob. at night as is supposed but at what hou\r/e no mā knoweth hath stollen the horse of Mr Stoakes

who stolle it. of what yeres & trade where he liveth & what he hath done wth it & wheathr to be recovered

Mr Stoakes returned home to my house novēb 4 h novēb. 2. h {sic} hor 4. p m 1611.
