RN Ihone Malins came w^th her Daughter. 1 Decēb die ♀ h 3|2| {sic} \2./ p m.  filiole gravit^r afflicto. 1598.

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.

RN Iohn Malins borne the 29 of Septemb. die ♃. h. 4. p m. 30. p m. 1597. a twin & the eldest his broth^r died.

RN Goody foukes of Newport 5{illeg}|8| yeres sitteth vp by the fier not well this 3 or 4 days. Ian. 4. die ♃. h. 11. 15. 1599.

RN M^res Margery Dorrle \Mary Dayrle/ of Lillingstone Dorrle 44 at Candlemas last. for a payne in the sowles of her feete as it were a sprene. March. 17 die ☾ h. 1. 45 p m. 1600. this shooteth vp into the top of feete

Elisabeth Dayrell 2i y. also this gentlewomā craveth my Counsell for her w^ch is of 2i yere y^t had the greene sicknes but is well cured of it. but hath a litle sore on her leg of the bignes of a halpeny this halfe yeere.
