Much payned in her chest & at her heart very shortwynded swelld & howen in her face hands & Body

\vomitts what she taketh/ hath not bin well since it thunderd & lightend when she came from Stoke goldinge on th{e} Sunday yt it lightend & thunde{red} so much.

it first tooke her wth sorenes in her throate

body Costiue. Vryne very thin & frothy, & cleere. hath bin married these 9. y. no child.
