RN Mr francklins mā ernestly intreated me vppon the petition of Mr Georg & Mr Nicholas frankls his brothrs to admyt Mr francklyn to tak come heathr & to take physick at ny {sic} hands I have yealded therto m|A|prill 1. h. 3. 3{0} p m 1625. god almight blesse my {poer} endeavors.
