RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|{sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled wth a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all wth an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it wc when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old yt pissed blood & was mended by the herb yt I sent him in a receipte. sinc yt time had on Waly who hath wth his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly wc is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheathr leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die . h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.
