RN M^r Hill of Lydlington the high Constab. for a gerle Agnes Hill of 12 yeres with a sore greeping all over her bodye & especially about her hart & right syde & bottome of her belly. Ian. 8 die ♂ hor 9. 30 ant m. past knowledg almost & kryeth w^th the payne 1600.

RN Iane Bachouse of Hansloppe 7 yeres old. sick this twelfmoneth. cōplayneth in her bodye aches in her lims. pined away. speaketh very hartely & eateth her meate well. hath a great laske for this 2 moneths Marche 12 die ☾ h. 8. 56. ant m. cōplayneth of her hart & brest 1599. her lims will hardly beare her.

RN Margery Toberto of Simpson 24 y. last night taken about midnight late at night scriked & tooke taketh her in her syde y^t sce shee cannot take wind in her neck & shoulders & hart Ap. 25. die ☿ h. 9. 43. m ant m
