RN R N went to Sr Roba\r/t Dormers the first tyme. & his horse stūbled & cast him where it was {incre}dible. Ian 18 ☾ h. 9 30 ant m. 1608.

It was very ominous that strang fall of my horse in sutch a place as he could not fl{un}der
although I was most kindly vsed god reward thē for it & his name be blessed yet kelly dyed the sondaye following & albecause he was not let blood in tyme.
