M^r Shepheard his m^r of Toceter cōp of his & left syde riseth vp to his throat maketh him sicke vntill he have eaten something.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.
