RN Elisabeth Smith 30 yeres old 9 yeres maried. never had Child it cometh by fits twice a weeke of a good colour red faced & fill {sic} of blood lieth in her hed & so ariseth from her hart & stomack vnto her hed. her face & syde swelleth. her vrine is red & full of rags. came in her owne son & then was very well of Decemb. 4 die h. 2. 1598. dwelleth at Emerten right side of her hed.1
