RN on asked at this time what was good for chest wormes.

RN Margaret Ieas 14|5| yeres old nothing will worke with her it {sic} the last brought out Dead wormes. {illeg} {sic} maij 1. die ♂ h. 8. ant m. 1599.

RN at this hor {h} moved me for his wife at 1 of the clock for to kill & destroy her chest wormes./

RN Richard Lingard this a yere & halfe old. troubled w^th an ague & w^th the wormes. & leekely to have the iandes the child is weaned sent to me by there sister. the fath^r & the moth^r boath Apr. 17. die ♂ h. 2. 30|5| p m. 1599. of Simpson a great cold.
