5 child, 2 living a son & a wench 3 abortions. kings evill & now grown hard terms but few bleedeth a litle at nose.

a great sorenes in her breast & stomack. wch cometh wth a griping yt she cānot fetch her breath. |not sick|

cā abyde no potion but pils a Consūption feared a bad stomack. desyreth milk & drink
