RN Harry Windmell of Linford for a lash wch hath bene on him ever sinc satterday wc is as thin as water. & offreth 60 days times a dy {sic} & can do nothing. it lyeth in his stomacke. & maketh him forsak his meate. may the 18 die h. 6. 30 mi ant merd 1599.
