RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but yt god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall wth it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die . h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day yt maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porrengr of clompered bloode/
