RN Mr Thomas Dillinghā mynyster of Deanes. 51 y vppō the lords day at night last. troubled & had a sore fit of the stone & caused him to vomyt. 8 y sinc was troubled in like maner & found mutch good. Ap 8 ☾ h. 3. p m 1622.

One walter Hooton mr Androwes man of Lathbury beaten her that she is sore over her whole body. very faynt & ready many times to swound digestꝭ nothing. He put a hempen halter about her shoulder. /
