RN Williā Wilson of He{illeg}|ck|son in Hartford sheere 25 y Iune 19 ♂ h. 2. 30 p m 1627

month ill mopish & wont to hang him selfe. being mightely tempted therevnto & gratiously prserved & sinc his nynd {sic} is troubledd {sic} yt he is dāned therfore & cā not be quieted in his nynd {sic} was prsent.1
