RN Iohn Thorpe of Newport mutch troubled w^th an itch & bleach of a waterish humour. taken w^th a surfet as he imagineth a hot stomack & troubled w^th a salte or a sweete re{eume} y^t he spitteth a qua pint of water {illeg}|a|t a time. most cōplayneth of an itch. water very good some white flecks & cloudes. RN Edward Pen of Stony stratford of 25. marred {sic} this 4 yeres troubled w^th an ache from the thighes Downewarde. Apr. 2. die ☾. h. 2. p m. 1599.

RN Iohn Stubly 22. of Shenly complayneth of his guts & the gnawing of his navell & he voyded a worme. black & longe. he lyeth vppon the ground on his belly cannot tak any rest Apr. 6. die ♀ h. 10. 20 1599. wat^r good. a {sic} bl ruddy coloured & nowe pale coloured. the spice of it this 2 yeres.

RN Richard Māning of Hartwell 20 yeres sick this 7 weekes & can doe not doe any thing taketh him leeke an ague & when it cōmeth w^th a shaking colde & going away it maketh him as it were blind it so troubleth his hed. sent this 18 of Apr: die ☿ h. 1. 2|1|5. m pnn {sic} 1599.

RN Will. Rogars \of hellington. & {s}{illeg}{le} l{a}d/ of Stock Hamon 20 yeres old troubled w^th fansies & his mind troubled w^th the Devill this 2 or 3 yeres but now very mutch Ap. 25. die ☿. h. 6. p m. 1599.¹

RN Iohn Kilpine the sonne of Richard Kilpine was borne 15 the 25 of Ian. being weddensday betwixt 3 & 5 in the morninge. troubled w^th falling sicknes vppon any sudden feare. when he was 1 yere old taken first w^th it or there about. a very fat Corpulent hevy fellowe most troubled in his bed.

RN William Malins came home even nowe very sick. on told him it was the winde cholick August. 2i die ♂ h. 4. 12. m p m. 1599 |his disease took him vppō thursday last|

he wilbe 24 yeres old 5 weekes afore christmas borne on a sunday morninge before breake a daye
