RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. RN Williā Lovely of Newport 60. greeped & tormented at the harte ready to make him selfe away & of his brest: the 15 of Martij die ♃. h. 9 metuit venefic: 1599 hed & face swelleth.

RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN Mary R Vattison a widowe 60 yeres old. mittit  consilio et  morbi remedio. / Iulij 19 th die ☿. h. 9. 12. m. /short winded & puffed vp in her cheste/\

RN Edward Newnton sick this 14 weekꝭ of Stony stratford a weaver hart & everywhere sick pined & yet eatet skin & bone. & yet will eate any thing. 60 yeres old. faynt. hard bound {illeg}|y|et onc in 24 houres. feareth lest he be b{edr}ed a drie coughe. this 8 yeres. Aprill 3 die ♂ h. 10. 1599. reareth fleme, in a cōsumption. hart hele & stronge.

RN Ione Chivoll of Woulson for her stomacke & the chest cannot eate well. 67. t{rea}teth wind mutch taketh nothing but breade. sad heavy and vncōfortable. her water of a good Colour. but had a black sediment of melancholy. Maij 2. die ☿ h. 8. ant: m. 1599.

RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.

RN Ihone Richardson of yardly mill. 60. sick this 12 moneth by a fit of a cold & cough short winded. & a phis|t|ick & a corpulent woman a good water: – 4^d.

RN Thomas Gardener of Dunsanger of 60 yeres old his water as red as any blood leeke very bloode fell sick on satterday night at midnight cōplayneth of his belly. very Costive since. can take no rest nor sleepe cryeth out w^th extremitye of payne. Apr. 9 die ☾ h. 6. {illeg}5|30|. m. ant m. 1599.

RN Isbell franknill of drayton sloe. 61. taken speechles last friday as at candle light. as shee was dressing of a sore leg. sodenly taken nowe question is wheath^r p. taken or besp Sept. August. 31. die ♀ h. 7. p m. 1599. cannot styrre her syd nor hand. a ded palsye.

RN Richard leach of Dunsanger 64. sic not sick but hath a {gr} somewhat lyeth about his harte & hath a great cough. & when it ariseth about his harte. is ready to stop his winde & ratleth in the throate. A {sic} Octob. 2. die ♂ h. 9. 15 p ant m. 1599.

RN Ihone Clarke of Rawnson 63. sick this sennet. cannot rest in her bed can tak no rest was pretely mended & now ill againe in her chest./ this 18 of Decemb. die ☾ h. 10. 15. 1598.
