RW Hugh Quicke of Clifton r{a}{i}{g}nes came wth his wife, who was much trou{ble}{d} in minde & often times tempted (shee sayd) wth an e{u}ill spirite to doe her selfe a misc{h}eife./ shee suspected a man & his wife in that {to}{wne}./ & when she{illeg} came home from mee she{illeg} tould her neighbours that I shewed her that {monster} in a glasse. but shee lyed./ d. h: 10. ant: {m}: Feb: 21. 1615. they came vnto me./
