RN Iohn Roughed sick. novemb. 1. die ☿ h. 1. 30. the child. 1598

RN Mres Vines fell extreeme sicke of|n| thursday night the 9 of novemb. at betwixt a 11 & 12. at night after the members of the howse had bene at bed 1598. I set it of myne owne accord they thought shee would have died y^t night. it holdeth her by fits prety well a friday ill on satterd. & prety well on sunday & monday but ill on tuesday following.

RN Mres Vines sicker today then yesterday yet better then shee was vppon y^t thursdy it took her. her some {sic} came to me weeping & telling me y^t his moth^r was sick and y^t he thought shee would Dye Novemb. 14. die ♂ h. 9. 30 ant m. I moved this quest of mine owne mind 1598.

RN at this time Tedders wife told me her husband troubled w^th the rūning of the reanes.

RN An Cloude of Newport 35 yeres old sickned the 12 of Decemb came to me the 20 of decēb. die ☿ h. 1. 50. 1598. maritꝯ  vxore. fell into a traunc vppon satterd night & so continued vntill sunday night & revived again

RN vrsula Thorpe of Stony stratford keepeth the bull. hipwell vnkle vnto Thorpe 32 yeres old sick ever sinc mikelmas goeth abroade. Dece {sic} sent by M^r Oliv^r Barker. for his wife sister is her moth^r in frendship & kindred Doubteth wheath^r shee be bewitched & hath a canker in her tongue & tented shee hath an ill stomacke & spitteth putrifyed bloode. Decēb^r. 2i. die ♃. h. 9. 15. ant m. 1598.

RN her daughter came to me at 3 a clocke Decēb. 22. die ♀ h. 3 p m. 1598.

RN {illeg}|E|llen Waters Robarts about 30 yeres very sick it tooke her vppon woddensday last. came yesterday 25|4| of febr. die ♄. h. 5. 30. p m.

RN he came againe as I willed him this 25 of feb. at 6. 35. 1599. h.

RN Ihone Ball of Walton the wif of Iames Ball. 34. 2 yeres w^th out Child. sick. this sennet. keepeth her bed. March. 30 die ♀ h. 12. 1599.

RN Goodmā Ashburnore sent for me to see his wife extreeme sick may. 5. die ♄. h. 5. p m. 1599.

RN Rich. Spencer of Cosgrave for his wife Frauncis Spencer. 33 y. had a child a twelfmoneths sinc & halfe. novemb 28 die ☿ h. 10. 15 p|a|nt m. 1599

RN Ione Davye of Aclye of buckinggam. 34. y. yesterday was sennet sicke Octob. 8 die ☾ h. 10. 36. ant m 1599

RN Iohn Smith of haversham. 36 sick ever this week kept his bed th yesterday all daye the 20 of decemb sent \on/ of his neighbours to me for his disease his water cold all white & muddy complayneth of his harte very sick 2i of Decēb. die ♃. h. 10. 1598. a fatt high coloured man

RN Alce Denton sent her husb againe very sick cold her water very white full of scales & motes boath there waters.

RN Iohn Smithe sent againe his phisick wrought well. but his fathers not or very litle. Decēb. 23. die ♄. h. 10. 9. yet was very sick.

RN Ihone Hull of Newport 46. sick at hart fell sick on munday last. came to me this 27 of Septemb die ☿ h. 9. 15. mi. et  Dorothea Goodin of Emmerton.

RN Elisabeth Chester 34 yeres cold in her armes & neck bone Mart. 12. {sic} 48. 50. 1599. & her sonn will who is amisse in her|is| lims who cannot stand & looketh weakly.

RN Rogar Riecrose of Stonystratford. 30. y. fore a sore eye {illeg} {sic} bloodshoten. & hed payned & troubled w^th the winde. may the 17. die ♃. h. 12. 30 1599. hot & scaldeth in his hed. & eye./

Mary Riecross of Stonystratford 6 yeres cōplayneth of her belly sick this 12 moneth.

RN Ione Vtton of fennystratton of 53. sent her water this 23 of may. die ☿ h. 9. 10. ant m. 1599.

Iohn Vtton her husb: for a payne in his backe stomack. feareth an impost.
