M^r Knifton of Lowton 55 yeres old sick this 3 weekes {illeg} sunday last first in his stomack w^th an extreeme cold w^c tooke a way his stomack ache in the head neck & legs sweateth div^rse times & after troubled w^th an itch as exceeded greatly onc in two or 3 days to grounde. nev^r vomiteth. the 3 of Ian. die ☿ h. 9. 15. 1598. {sic} 1599. bad head greefe taken {in} lawe.

RN Iames Greenewood of water eaton Doct^r Sparkꝭ tennet {sic} 50 yeres old. complayneth of his of h an old dysease of his harte now well & lusty but not long sinc almost ded in it. troubled w^th a stitch on his right side & cometh over his hart ready to swounde. very cold w^th it. of a high colour. stuffed in his Chest y^t he can scarce tak his winde quærit Decēbr. 2. die ♄. h. 10. 15. mi. 1598. his hart trembleth muday {sic} last sick lame.

Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.

RN Isbell Dorman of CastleThrop. 15 |50| yeres old. growing on her this 3 yeres cometh on her w^th a flushing heate y^t on drop followeth anoth^r {lyi}eth in her bones & hart & every place. Dareth not to eate her meate. Apr. 2. die ☾. h. 11. 10 m. ant m. 1599.

RN Ihone Nelson of Moulso of 52 yeres old. sick this 14 yere. always vomiteth vp her meate espec. this last yere. keepeth nowe her bed it g{oo}gleth in her body. y^t w^c cometh vp is black as sote nothing given her will: make her vomit shee bendeth her selfe forward & always must reatch fleume sick her back & left side & keepeth her bed. & tumbleth vp all 10. 45. ant m 1598. shee feareth lest shee be wasted w^thin. 1598. die ☿ always cold feete hands novemb. 8.

RN Katheron Allen at Newport 50 yeres old. amisse this {illeg} yeres assone as shee was delivered of a child paynd in her hed. & swollen in her face. aremes {sic} legs hoven in her body sweateth & her hed & neck & syde loketh very hie & is specled. short winded & faynte. March 27. die ♂ h. 11. 30. 1599
