RN Mr Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this 16 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most experte phisitions troubled with a windy cause as he sayth comming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also with a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. which causeth gydines or streming in my head which cometh as he thinketh by the ascending up of bad & melancholy humours & with a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late with the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately with a numnes & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die Martis h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.
