RN James Greenewood of water eaton Docter Sparkes tennent 50 yeres old. complayneth of his of h an old dysease of his harte now well & lusty but not long sinc almost ded in it. troubled with a stitch on his right side & cometh over his hart ready to swounde. very cold with it. of a high colour. stuffed in his Chest that he can scarce tak his winde quærit Decembr. 2. die Saturni. h. 10. 15. mi. 1598. his hart trembleth munday last sick lame.

Conye. feb 18. in the after noone his first fit but his worst fit the 24 of feb when the sup witch was acquitted/
