RN Mr Rich King sent me 20s wth a very kind letter.

May 27 h. 5. 30 \20/ p m 1628.

Mr Kings sonne had none of these mr fits & convulsions vntill he had 60 buckets at the bath poured vppon his head.

Shave his head on the crowne & make eyther a blyst playster or els a cōfortable playster strenghtning his head
