Richard Napier Henry Warre of Meadsmarten 50 y. march. 17 die ☾ h. 10. 30. ant m 1600 troubled wth a lifting vp of his s left syde & so rūneth vp to his shoulder ready to stop his breath & benūmeth the place affected as if it wer a sleepe began on satterdy last.
