RN Ralfe Vines is troubled wth a gydines in his head yt & clappeth over his eyes. & maketh him not to knowe what & {sic} maketh him very Drowsy a youth 13 yeres old at miklemas next. enquireth a remedy & of what it is caused Sept. 1{5}|6| die ♄. horr 9. ant m. 1598.
