Richard Napier Iohn Connyngham 7 yeres old satterday sennet after miklemas daye sick this 12 moneth. cōplayneth most of his hed & hath a weake stomack. was wonte to have white water leeke dregs of a tub. very thick of a pale & whitish Colour. a longe visage. Decēb. 4. h. 11. the child came hither.
