Richard Napier Itm’ Rich. stonedale troubled wth a feare & a scriching. in the hed & hart called for a candle at night & d {sic} prayed & desyre his fathr {sic} so to doe bound 2 or 3 dayes Ian. 3 die ☿ h. 10. 30 1599.
