Richard Napier Thomas Vnderhood of stratford servant to Iohn Swarbrick 21. troubled wth a great cough shortwinded casteth vp greene & yellowe stuffe every morning if he laboure. a {sic} redy faced & fat faced. came for him selfe. 6 of March. die ♂ h. 10. 1599.
