RN Dorothy Stoe of the forest of Whittlewoode. 32|4|. sick this twelmoneth. water ye {sic} yellow & good. white and gravelly in the bottome & before it was red not able to travell. pale coloured & corpulent in body & face. March 8 die h. 12. 15. 1599. h. 12. 55. very yellow water.1
