RN Sybill Assaby of Olny 34 yeres old. troubled wth a thing yt riseth in her throote greater at the full of the moone thē ells. leek a crembe of led troubleth her hed. & rūneth. March 20 die ♂ h. 2. 1599. troubled in her chest.
