RN Rich: Bently of Newporte a day labourer. 60 yeres. cannot rest all night criyeth out on his harte. feareth yt he hath taken a greefe. sick this fortnight. on a sunday next wilbe fortnight on his hed hart & bones Martij 22. die ♃. h. 9 1599.
