Richard Napier Isbell Rose of Olny parish in Warrington 34. Dosen yeares maried. & never had Child & yet hath her courses well but is very sicke & ariseth to her harte. her water good but hath litle motes in it. Apr. 3. die ♂ h. 10. 45. m ant m. 1599. Doth cast fleume & choler.
