RN Richard Māning of Hartwell 20 yeres sick this 7 weekes & can doe not doe any thing taketh him leeke an ague & when it cōmeth wth a shaking colde & going away it maketh him as it were blind it so troubleth his hed. sent this 18 of Apr: die ☿ h. 1. 2|1|5. m pnn {sic} 1599.
