RN Will: Venter of Sawford troubled wth a Cold very shortwinded & payned wth a Cough & his hart sore. 31 yeres troubled wth it this fortnight / Apr. 27 die ♀ h. 11. 15. ant m. lay first in his hed. & in his neck ready to stop his winde./
