Richard Napier Mr Gilbert for a payne in his left knee. & thenc into his leg. & toe instep. & sometimes in to his share & lefte side. had it this 12 moneths. & could not take his rest well this laste night. Ap. 28. die ♄. h. 12. 45. 1599.
