Richard Napier Susan Simons of Brodwell 40 yeres old. hath bene mightely troubled wth a iandish an itch a paine in her hed. & a swelling in her left leg yt itcheth wounderfully. maij 5 die ♄. h. 3. 22. mi. p m. 1599. not well this 7 yeares. sinc shee had a iaundish. very drie.
