Richard Napier Ieremy Easton of Stony stratford for a payne in in {sic} hi {sic} chest stomack & backe. 9. 40. taketh him at night yt he cannot sleepe nor styrre wth a pricking leeke needles at the harte. sept 29 die ♄ h. 9. 40. ant m 1599.
