RN Mr Edmund Tyrrell of Tyrrell 29 y. Martij 14 ♀ {sic}. hor 5. 38 p m 1603. contusione. feareth an impostume or rising in {sic} \on/ his breast. his horse fell vppō his bodye & he was ded a great while.
