RN Simo Edward Symon of Asho{n} 40 y. I {sic} about a 12 moneth \last sumer/ sinc {sic} he was sick of a burning ague. & god vouchsafed that I should helpe him prsently wth that physicke I sent him god be praysed sent nowe to me this 12 of Ian. die ☾ hor. 11. 45. ant m. 1601.
