Richard Napier Thomas Perry of Woulvrton a quartr of a yere and six weekes Ian 2. ☿. h. 10. 15. ant m 1605. burst in the right syde & the cods {cā} downe almost every day now not once this fortnight. a trusse cryeth wth the payne taketh him on the birthe day.
