RN Mr francis Combes Mr {sic} Apr 1. ☾ h. 5 p. m 16i6 cā abyde no wet nor wynd. eys bad dersyreth a direction in writing
his physick wch I sent him did him no good.
Mres Mary Combes. tooke her physick it did her some good but now her other cheeke is swelled. vryne good
