Richard Napier Mr Page my Lord Dakers chaplyn came to see me & had a great fall frō his horse & did hurt his \left/ brow & face & it was swelled & bled wash it wth white wyne & put finger into the hole. apply a tente of bals. Hyper & Luton salve & playster it ♃ feb 4 ☿ h. 9. 30 ant m 1618.
