RN old \yonge/ Mres \Iane/ B{illeg}|er|ry {sic} \Berry/ of of Cranfild {sic} \of Raunson/ m 22 y vnmayed {sic}. May 30 ♂ h. 9 ant m 1620 had a fall a yere sinc frō a horse ill by fits. head & lims & somewhat lame.
