Richard Napier Persivall Sanders of woulverton 20 y Ap. 29 ☾ h. 9. 30 ant m 1622. mightely payned about the right syde & left & top also of the shoulder wthout swelling in his flanke 3 weekes. but the last weeke tormenting in pytifull maner.
