Pen of old Stratford a yere & halfe & 3 weekes this next sonday about six in the after noone borne. cane {sic} to me Apr. 24 h {sic} hor 11. 15 ant m 1624 on goody Clarke yt dwelleth had {sic} by he & she Did curse the child 2. y. sinc & neaver sinc but scoureth cōtinually whatsoevr it teaketh & breaketh out mutch
