RN Iane Curtis \of Chelson & Caucot/ is 7 y old vppō St Buttolphes eve a litle before sone setting will quake & trēble & cā speak I & no but litle els they feare yt she hath an Impediment \in her/ mouth. \father/ came to me for her wth this note may 3. ☾ h. 12. 30 a|p| m 1624
