Sr Henry Th. Neavell & his lady sent me 20s in gold may 2. ☾ h 3. p m. 1625.
Sr Th. {toake} 4 days thrie {sic} a day & it night 8 tymes a daye & is sinc s{illeg} growen very hot. would know wheathr he may take of it any longer.
